ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS

Images you wish to use including logos etc.. should be sent on disk or e-mailed in jpeg, tiff or pdf format only. For the best results any images supplied should be at least the same size, or larger than the size that they will appear.

Pre-printed media, such as magazines, business cards etc. and images printed on a home computer do not produce the best quality images when scanned and should be avoided at all times.

Text should be sent as a word document on windows or simple text on macintosh.

If you wish to include any logos of organisations you are a member of, please ensure you have permission as we are indemnified from any infringement of copyright, trademark or slander arising from our designs.

Applications used for production are Quark XPress and Photoshop. All colours used in Quark should be CMYK process separation. Please remember to include all fonts, (including screen fonts) and images, (which should be saved as CMYK tiffs at 300dpi).

IMPORTANT : If you wish to email your artwork please send all images as a jpeg or tiff and text docs as a pdf file.
